-Site evaluation Phase: Once a client has contacted us about a sign new location, the ANS team begins the site evaluation process. Building surveys and/or architectural plan reviews are accomplished in depth. Code checks are performed, landlords/owners, architects and general contractors are all contacted to provide any or all information required. A thorough evaluation is performed allowing the client to focus on other required issues.

-Contract/Proposal Phase: Following site evaluation process, drawings and a proposal are created and forwarded to the client for his review and approval.

-Owner Approvals/Engineering: All proposed signs are sent to the landlord or owners for written approval and then to our engineers for certification as required for permits for their specific locality.

-Permitting: Securing the required documents for sign permitting in the respective city or county municipality can be very time consuming and frustrating. ANS is well versed in all of these aspects and succeeds in balancing the client's needs with local requirements and regulations. ANS has a whole department totally dedicated to the permitting process. If necessary we will go before permit and zoning boards or similar authorities to present our clients case and seek the required approval whenever required.

-Site Contact/Monitoring: The project management team constantly checks and evaluates the clients sign site with weekly or daily follow up with the general contractor.

-Installation: Sign installation, which is our specialty, is scheduled in harmony with clients request and the general contractor's building schedule. Site delays are actively addressed to ensure items like paving, equipment or other obstructions don't obstruct a silky smooth installation. Signs are tested prior to leaving the manufacturing facility and once again upon the completion of installation at the clients site.

-Finals/Punch/Service: All signs are photographed and copies of which forwarded to the client for his review. ANS warrants and services any issues. These are handled within a 48 hour time frame by our service department. ANS's in house service program ensures your signs continue to be maintained for the quality image our client's expect.
